And it’s not just the developers saying so – we captured several testimonials from very satisfied customers who said it all for them.

They distribute the full 40-minute program on DVD to every potential townhome buyer they encounter.

Plus, we created a series of nine video Web Clips from the same footage that play 24/7 from the Braxton Gate website for anybody with a computer.

Signage promoting their online videos are driving significantly more traffic to their website … and to the Braxton Gate Townhomes community. They are also using video effectively to market their single family homes.
